My experience was fantastic. The service writer was very helpful. Not pushy at all. They identified a few more things that I needed. The pricing was very reasonable.

Fantastic service department. We took the car in for warranty service and to be checked out from a minor rear end accident. Expected to leave the car for the day but when Brittany realized that they were going to have to order parts she immediately offered us a courtesy vehicle which was very convenient since we live two hours away. I've always been happy with my service there
I had to drive from Pascagoula Ms to Pensacola ti get a proprietary part. It was worth it. Bought my mini used and was told the part was no big deal by the used dealer. It was the brain. When mini looked at it they were straight with the price. It took two weeks for the part to come in from overseas. I was kept in informed and when it was ready, the voice that greeted me on that phone was excited to say my car was ready. Thank you for such a great experience
Ok, let me start with the previous experience we had to endure for almost four years at the Baton Rouge dealer who had THE single worst service department of our lives. Fast forward to moving to Orange Beach, Alabama. Yes it is a bit of a drive and yes appts with loaners are a ways out BUT they did everything asked from appt to loaner to service. A couple of small nits in gaps in communicating maybe but for sure a huge improvement from our past dealer. So based on our one experience thus far we are happy. Thank you.
